What a wonderful experience! This is my second child, and I had always thought sleep training was a little extreme for me and my parenting style. But this kid would NEVER sleep and I was down to try anything. Oh man am I happy I did! From the initial interview and through every step of the almost 3 weeks we worked together, Stephanie has reassured me and had confident and clear answers to all of my questions and fears. My 10 month old went from waking every hour to hour and a half all night long and most days only having one crummy nap to sleeping through the night and two solid naps a day. I am sad to not have her a part of my daily life anymore. She has changed my life and my viewpoint on sleep training!

Bedtime used to take hours!

Our boys are 4.5, 2.5 and 7 months. Bedtime routine used to take 2+ hours each night with each child requiring me or my husband to lay with them until they were asleep. No one was rested. My 7 month old woke 7-10x per night and didn’t nap more than 20 minutes at a time. We were desperate for help! Stephanie saved our family. She took the time to understand our FAMILY needs (not just one child) and helped us to develop a schedule and routine that worked for ALL of us.
